This is the Quad Square frame for the Brother PE 100, 150, 180D, 200 and Bernina Deco 650, EMI, 600, 500 machines. Special Note - You can fill most of the sewing field with embroidery, but there will be a 2" square area in the center that you can't reach. The Mini- Square frame will allow you to fill in the complete area, and also the Quad square frame.

    Shipping

    Buyer is to pay shipping and handling of amount stated in the listing. Because we want every item that we send out to arrive safely, we insure every item that leaves our warehouse at our own expense.

    After your payment you should receive a FedEx tracking number, that does not mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The FedEx tracking number will become active at some time during the 6-10 day period.

    We try to ship every item the same day in which your order is placed and payment is verified, however it usually takes 2 or 3 business days during heavy sales periods to process the order.

    We ship FedEx ground.  For faster shipping, you must call to place your order.

    If your order was placed within the past 3-5 business days, please allow time to process your order, we are closed weekends. Orders placed after regular business hours Monday-Friday are not received and will not begin processing until the next business day. FedEx will email the tracking number to you directly, so please check your SPAM file for the email. The FedEx email should have your tracking number in the subject line. That email is sent to the email address used when placing your order, please be sure to check the correct address, also be sure to check your bulk folder, that email can be easily overlooked. Please be aware it may take up to 6 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The FedEx tracking number will become active at some time during that period.

    Sorry, we cannot ship internationally (except Canada) or to APO and PO Boxes. Please note that we do not ship outside the contiguous United States (No shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, etc). Only Tennessee residents will be charged state sales tax. Unless otherwise stated, our Canadian customers will only be charged a shipping rate of $30 (or $50 noted on certain items) but there are Canadian taxes or surcharges that may apply to your purchase. If you are having the item shipped outside the USA, please do not purchase unless you are willing to pay the extra tax or surcharge. We do not collect or receive any of the money and there is no way for us to know how much you will be charged, it is totally beyond our control. Please note, we cannot pay or be responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may be charged for delivery to Canada. * Unfortunately, our Canadian customers do not qualify for free shipping promotions.  Certain regions in Canada must pay additional shipping, FedEx will not ship Ground to those areas.  If you have a question, please call before placing your order.

    Returns

    At PremierAppliance1 we want to make purchasing on the Internet as easy and comfortable as possible. 100% customer satisfaction is our goal for all our customers. On rare occasions and despite our best efforts, an item might turn out to be defective. In the very unlikely event you receive a defective product we ask you to remember that we do not manufacture these products, we simply market them in the U.S. for the manufacturers and factories. With that in mind, we will do whatever it takes to help you achieve 100% satisfaction.

    The first step is to email us to request a Return Authorization. In order to speed up the process, please include what is wrong with the unit, your name, full address, model number, receipt number and how you paid for the item. We will gladly ship you a replacement unit or give you a refund. Due to the size and activity of our warehouse, we cannot accept nor be responsible for items and shipping charges if the item is shipped to us without a prior consent and a Return Authorization number. Please ship the item to us prepaid and then email us the tracking number at PremierOrders1@aol.com. Giving us your tracking number will make the refund process much quicker for you, because of the size of our warehouse.

    Please make sure all original paperwork, box, warranties and accessories are intact and with the unit so we can issue a refund (excluding any shipping costs). If the item was bought with a free shipping promotion, then the actual shipping will be deducted from the refund. The only items that have a restocking fee are items that are not shipped by our warehouse and the restocking fee is clearly marked on each listing.

    Please make sure to write your RA number clearly on the box. Refunds are issued an average of 7 business days after the checking in of your returned product. After we issue the refund, it is up to your bank to post the credit on your account in a timely manner, PayPal credits take 24 hours or less in most cases.
